BRUSSELS (EJP)—‘’We trust the perpetrators of this barbaric act will swiftly be brought to justice,’’ said the European External Action Service (EEAS), the EU’s foreign and security policy service led by Catherine Ashton, in a tweet sent in reaction to the news that the three kidnapped Israeli boys were murdered.
‘’We express our sincere condolences to their families and friends and share their grief.’’
The EU also called ‘’for restraint of all parties concerned in order not to further aggravate the fragile situation on the ground.’’
