PARIS—Two Jews have been victims of antisemitic attacks last week, one in Sarcelles, a Paris suburb, and the other inside Paris, French weekly Le Point reported.

His attackers then fled. Shocked, the young man went to the police station to file a complaint. His aggressors are actively sought after.

In Sarcelles, a Paris suburb with a large Jewish population, a Jewish girl came to the police station to file a complaint after being assaulted in the street by a man.The victim, a minor, said she was approached by the man while she was with a classmate.

For no apparent reason, she was hit in the back by the man who uttered words in Arabic. According to the victim’s statements, the attacker then mimicked a pistol with his hand. To police, the teenager indicated that she had visible distinctive signs in relation to her religion at the time of her assault. An investigation has been opened.
