Israel-based 24-hour news channel i24NEWS will soon inaugurate an office in Rabat, capital of Morocco.
As a prelude to this launch, the channel broadcast last Friday a program on the relationship between the Polisario, a separatist movement supported and armed by the Algerian military regime, “with terrorism” as well as with the Lebanese movement Hezbollah.
i24NEWS, which is based in Jaffa, near Tel Aviv and has also offices in Paris, Dubai and New York, was launched in July 2013 and is part of the Altice consortium, headed by Moroccan-born French tycoon Patrick Drahi.
The channel’s programs are broadcast in English, French and Arabic.
