JERUSALEM—Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who  met separately Wednesday with Irish Foreign Minister Simon Coveney and Dutch Foreign Minister Halbe Zijlstra told them that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas must condemn last night’s terror attack in which an Israeli father of six was murdered while driving his car in north Samaria, and stop financing murderers and their families.

Netanyahu said that herein lies the true root of the conflict, ‘’the refusal to recognize the State of Israel within any borders whatsoever along with the encouragement of the murder of Israelis.’’

Rabbi Raziel Shevach, a 35-year-old father of six, was murdered in a drive-by shooting attack . He was laid to rest on Wednesday in Havat Gilad.

Hundreds of people attended the funeral, including Education Minister Naftali Bennett, Agriculture Minister Uri Ariel, Chief Rabbi David Lau and Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem Shlomo Amar.
